Takahiro Yamaguchi, MD

Dr. Yamaguchi strives for whole-child care for his patients and believes that kids are much more than the sum of their parts. His goal is to support kids and their caregivers to have the most loving and fulfilling childhood possible.
He believes in evidence-based practices such as regular childhood vaccines and is skeptical of practices that are not grounded in evidence, such as aggressive interventions for kids in bodies that society deems inadequate.
In the wild, he can be found playing violin and mandolin with his band, out on an adventure in the woods, reading something dark and obscure, and cooking up a feast for his loving family and community.
He graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago School of Medicine and completed his Pediatrics residency at the Hasbro Children's Hospital of Brown University.
He practices primary care pediatrics in suburban Woburn, Massachusetts. More information about the practice can be found at www.woburnpedi.com. He is taking new patients.

Nina Willow, MD
I have a passion for communication between clinicians and patients. I believe when we allow providers to be “the most important medicine in the room” deep connections are made that are mutually satisfying. I have taught clinicians in all areas of communication including basic communication skills, hot buttons, motivational interviewing, empathic pain conversations, serious illness conversations, physician wellness, self-compassion and writing for wellness all with an emphasis on empathy and understanding. I bring authenticity, vulnerability and humor to my clinical work as an Urgent Care/ER clinician and when teaching or coaching other clinicians. I currently center self-compassion, the hidden beauty of imposter syndrome, embodied wisdom, and the safe space that is nurtured by good boundaries when working with clinicians. As a queer mother who has struggled with my own chronic depression, I have worked hard to educate myself on issues specific to non-dominant groups. I meet patients and clinicians with curiosity and humility, and with a passionate belief that their strong inner radar is already there.
Rebecca Berens, MD
Dr. Berens is a family physician and founder of Vida Family Medicine where she provides primary care to individuals and families. Prior to opening her private practice she worked in and led a community health center in Philadelphia, PA and taught medical students and residents in Houston, TX at Baylor College of Medicine. She treats each patient as an individual and tailors prevention and treatment plans to the needs of each patient rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. She particularly enjoys caring for individuals recovering from disordered eating and who struggle with metabolic conditions such as PCOS. Her office is welcoming to all, and her care is trauma-informed and weight-neutral.

At Wayza Health, the home of her coaching programs, Dr. Tubman empowers individuals to heal their relationships with food and body, while her medical practice champions a size-inclusive approach to patient care. She is a fierce advocate for patients who have experienced anti-fat bias and weight discrimination, challenging outdated, size-biased views and fostering a healthcare environment that respects all bodies.

Dr. Tubman’s journey from a weight-centric approach to a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® philosophy positions her as a powerful advocate for change within the medical community. She is committed to breaking down the harmful effects of diet culture and providing care that is inclusive, respectful, and deeply attuned to each patient’s needs. Widely recognized for her dedication to creating safe spaces for those marginalized by traditional healthcare models, Dr. Tubman’s work continues to pave the way for a more equitable and compassionate approach to wellness.
